Agent and Employee Compensation & Position Advancement
Article II. Business Development Agent/Straight
Commission Positions.
Bonuses, benefits & career advancement
are only available for straight commission personnel. This
is because the company rewards individuals based on the value (revenue
generation, achieving growth objectives) they create for the company.

Article III. Hourly or Partial Wage/Commission
Positions.
Hourly administrative or production support position are compensated
based on a percentage of companies overall net profits which will
be determined annually. Position advancement for administrative
staff is determined based on the companies growth requirements.
If company is growing then wage & position could advance. If
company is in recession or heavily vested in an expense draining
research & development stage then wage could be decreased or
position could be eliminated. Typically 2 weeks notice would be
provided. Typical entry-level positions vary between $7 - $10/hr.
Article IV. Subcontractor Development Positions
per projects scope
Compensation for Subcontractor Development positions
is determined by the scope of the project. Each situation will be
unique, however project compensation will be determined on a percentage
bases per allocation of company resources (Agent commission, training,
company administration and time involvement of client & company
Directors). A developers compensation could range from as little
as 1% (typically this would be a royalty) up to 90 % (very rare
situation usually in a joint venture, affiliate or partnership agreement).
The norm would more likely fall between the 30% - 70% range.
