Article V - Percentage Based Commission
Schedule
Benefits, Career Track Advancement and Stocks options are based
on a Point Value (PV) system. Points are earned as a percentage
of gross revenue generation. Career Track Advancement (Company Director
Opportunity) is only available to straight commission agents (schedule
will remain in effect until 2 agents earn 100,000 Point Value level
(each) and earn opportunity to become a System Interactive
Director, receive benefits package & company stock). |

rates for commission are played out in accordance to client contracts
which could be similar to the following (these rates
are subject to change dependant upon contract): |

Option
A) 50% commission once 50 % of payment is received from client at

B) 1/3 commission once 1/3 of payment is received from client at
beginning of project, then 2/3 commission once project is 1/3 complete
then 2/3 is received from client to begin 2nd phase of development
then final third of commission is paid once client approves total
project and pays the final third of what is owed on projects
Option
C) Could vary payments as monthly residuals if client opts for financing |
